SOLA Membership Agreement

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

At SOLA Studio Pilates, your safety is our priority. By participating in classes, workshops, private sessions, or other services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Boutique Studio Experience

SOLA is a small boutique Pilates studio with limited class capacity and a highly personalized client experience. Timely reservations, cancellations, check-ins, payments, and respectful studio conduct allow SOLA to protect class quality, instructor time, safety, and fairness for every Client, Member, and Participant. This Membership Agreement is between SOLA Studio Pilates, a DBA operated by Mar y Sol Wellness LLC and located at 1728 Pacific Avenue, Forest Grove, OR 97116, and the Client, Member, or Participant who purchases, books, attends, or uses a SOLA membership, class credit, package, promotion, private session, event, retail item, or other service.

Membership status

Memberships, class packages, class credits, promotional offers, intro offers, discounts, and special pricing are personal and non-transferable unless SOLA approves otherwise in writing. Memberships, packages, credits, and promotions cannot be shared, transferred, sold, gifted, assigned, or used by another person. Clients and Members are responsible for maintaining current contact and payment information in the booking system. SOLA may modify schedules, instructors, class formats, class capacity, pricing, memberships, packages, promotions, policies, reservation windows, and studio operations at any time, subject to applicable law and written agreement terms. A membership does not create ownership, employment, tenancy, or any right to access the studio outside booked services.

Membership term, billing, and renewal

Recurring memberships bill automatically on the member's billing date until canceled under the applicable cancellation policy. The member authorizes SOLA and its payment processor to charge the card or payment method on file for recurring dues, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, retail purchases, outstanding balances, taxes, and other authorized charges. Members must maintain a valid payment method at all times. If a member changes payment methods, the member must update the card in the booking system or notify SOLA at hello@solastudiopilates.com before the next billing date. SOLA may suspend booking privileges for failed payments, expired cards, declined transactions, chargebacks, or outstanding balances.

Oregon three-business-day cancellation notice

Oregon Three-Business-Day Cancellation Notice If this Agreement qualifies as a health spa or fitness-service contract under Oregon law, the Client may cancel this Agreement without penalty within three business days after signing by delivering written cancellation notice to SOLA Studio Pilates at hello@solastudiopilates.com or 1728 Pacific Avenue, Forest Grove, OR 97116. Any refund owed will be issued as required by applicable Oregon Law.

Founding Membership Policy

Once a Founding Rate is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated. Founding Membership pauses require written approval from SOLA. Founding Members keep their special pricing for 12 months while the membership remains active. If a Founding Membership is canceled, the Founding Rate is permanently forfeited. If the member returns later, current pricing applies. An approved membership pause does not eliminate Founding pricing. Founding pricing may not be transferred, sold, assigned, shared, or applied to another person.

Members may request one complimentary pause per calendar year for a maximum of 30 consecutive days. Eligible reasons include vacation, illness, injury, or personal emergency. Pause requests must be emailed to hello@solastudiopilates.com at least 7 days before the next billing date. Requests must include the Member's full name, reason for the pause, requested pause start date, and requested reactivation date. No retroactive pauses are permitted. Written approval from SOLA is required before a pause is effective. Membership automatically reactivates on the approved reactivation date.

  • Second Pause - A second pause in the same calendar year may be approved at SOLA's sole discretion with a fee equal to 50% of the monthly membership dues. If a second pause is not approved, the Member may cancel the membership under the applicable cancellation policy.

  • Early Return During Pause - If a Member returns before the approved pause expires, the membership automatically reactivates. Monthly dues are immediately charged upon early return. Remaining pause days are forfeited. Any attendance during the pause constitutes authorization to reactivate the membership and charge monthly dues

Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@solastudiopilates.com at least 15 days before the next billing date. Cancellation is effective at the end of the applicable billing period unless SOLA confirms otherwise in writing. Members remain responsible for final billing, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, retail purchases, and outstanding balances. Unused membership credits do not convert to cash and expire according to the membership terms unless otherwise required by law.
